By participating in the “Red Tag Sale – Reverse Drawing Giveaway” (running July 1–26, 2025), you represent and warrant that you are a legal resident of Utah, Arizona, or Nevada, are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the date of your entry, hold a valid driver’s license from one of those states, and are not an employee (or immediate family member thereof) of Stephen Wade Auto Center, Canyon Media, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, or participating radio stations (KONY, KPLD, KZHK, KCLS, KZNU, Juan, and 96X); the Contest is void where prohibited by law, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. Finalists must be present at their assigned reverse drawing event on the designated Saturday (July 12, July 19, or July 26) to claim a prize or an alternate winner may be selected. By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, and you agree that all federal, state, and local laws apply. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and fees and will receive an IRS Form 1099; by accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsors the right to use his or her name, likeness, and voice in any publicity without further compensation.
